Samsung Galaxy TabQ Launched in China with 7-inch Display and TDD-LTE / FDD-LTE

Samsung has today unveils a new 7-inch tablet Galaxy Tab Q (T2558), in China. Unfortunately, there are no price details available on the official website. It supports TDD-LTE / FDD-LTE / WCDMA / GSM 4G network (which FDD-LTE / WCDMA only supports international roaming).

Samsung Galaxy TabQ Launched in ChinaThe Samsung Galaxy Tab Q (SM-T2558 ) slate equipped with a single SIM slot features Micro-SIM (3FF). Its supports 4G LTE 1,900 / 2,300 / 2,600 MHz, 3G TD-SCDMA 1,880 / 2,010 MHz, and 2G GSM 850/900/1, 800/1, 900MHz operating frequency bands. However, 3G WCDMA B1 (2100), 3G WCDMA B2 (1900), 3G WCDMA B5 (850), 3G WCDMA B8 (900), 4G LTE FDD B3 (1800), and 4G LTE FDD B7 (2600) bands will only work when you move to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and international roaming.

The Samsung Galaxy TabQ sports a 7″ TFT touchscreen display with a 720 x 1280 (HD) pixel display and a 16M color. It is powered by a Quad-Core processor (unspecified chipset), which is clocked at 1.2GHz of speed, and coupled with unknown RAM.

It houses 8MP rear camera with flash, while it also firms a 2MP frontal camera on board for video calling and selfies. The Galaxy Tab Q measures 191.8 x 99.7 x 8.9mm while weighing 250g. It packs a 3,200 mAh battery also.

USB 2.0, GPS, Glonass, Beidou, Earjack 3.5mm Stereo, WLAN 802.11 a / b / g / n 2.4 +5 GHz, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, and NFC are the main connectivity options in Samsung Galaxy TabQ tablet.

Its storage can be upgraded with up to 64 GB of memory cards. It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS out-of-the-box. This video calling tablet comes with Proximity and Accelerometer sensors.
