Vodafone (Portugal) said it was not possible to unlock the R206 model. They just want you to buy a new router. Waited 3hours for the code and all I had to do next was to set the APN settings for the new network. Just great! Will recommend!

Would have given 4.5 stars, minus half a star for somewhat vague instructions on the site and the panic of bricking my phone, BUT quick response to email and total resolution in under 30 minutes brings it back to 5 stars.

I went through half of my allotted attempts to unlock without success. The reason is that there were five separate codes supplied and none of them worked with method one. After a quick email, I received more specific instructions about which code to use. Method two worked perfectly first try!
