Samsung – the manufacturer of smartphones and tablets, has officially launched Galaxy Tab 10.5 with Super AMOLED display, along with Galaxy Tab 8.4, which also comes with Super AMOLED display. The device is listed with a tag price of $499.99.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.5 will be available in India for Rs 44,800. The tablet sports a 10.5-inch WQXGA Super AMOLED display with 2560 x 1600 PX of resolutions and 287ppi pixel of density.
The Galaxy Tab 10.5 is powered by an Exynos 5 Octa (1.9GHz Quad-Core + 1.3 GHz Quad-Core) core processor, coupled with 3GB of RAM.
The handset has built-in 16 GB of RAM and can be further expanded with up to 128 GB SDHC/SHD SD memory cards.
The Galaxy Tab 10.5 houses an 8.0 MP rear primary camera with flash, features Auto Focus (Download; Dual-Camera; Flash) and Shot Modes (Auto, Beauty Face, Panorama, HDR (High Dynamic Range), Shot), able to record the video at 1080p. It also has a 2.1 MP front camera on-board for video calling and selfies.
The Galaxy Tab 10.5 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS out-of-the-box.
