Samsung has earlier announced Galaxy Alpha, and now this flagship smartphone has been launched in India with a tag price of Rs 39,990. It has a metal frame around a plastic body, will be available in India starting the first week of October.
The new smartphone, Samsung Galaxy Alpha, features 4.7-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) Super AMOLED display, an Octa-Core Exynos (1.8 GHz Quad + 1.3GHz Quad) processor, Android 4.4.4 (KitKat) OS, 12-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED Flash, 2.1MP frontal camera.
The Galaxy Alpha is only 6.7mm thick and weighs around 115 grams. It has 2GB RAM and also 32 GB of internal storage, which is not expandable. It has unique features like S Health 3.0 and a Heart rate sensor. It supports 4G LTE-A Cat.6 and also NFC. An 1860 mAh Battery backs it.
