The Huawei Mobile Doctor is a great tool that is made by the Huawei company itself. The mobile Doctor tool can diagnose and repair the common issues users encounter when using Huawei data-card. It is an independent tool from the dongle dashboard. As per the official website, it supports Windows XP/Vista/7/8.1 operating systems. In my test, the Mobile Doctor worked with me without encountering any problem in Windows 10.
What Issues can be resolved by Huawei Mobile Doctor?
1. Dashboard cannot detect device (e.g., Autorun feature is disabled; Driver is removed).
2. SIM card is not inserted in Datacard properly.
3. Device band is incorrect.
4. Dashboard’s dial profile is not the default one.
5. Check network card status.
How to Diagnose Huawei Mobile Problem?
1. Download and run Mobile Doctor, diagnosis process will start, diagnosis result will be showed on the right.
2. Click on the Repair button to start repairing.
3. After a few minutes, the repair process will be finished, and results will be available.
