A human being is a habit of forgetting things. Recently one of my friends forgets the pattern lock of the Samsung Duos mobile phone. 1. Switch off your Samsung Duos / Galaxy Y mobile phone.
2. Now, keep pressed the volume up key and the press the home button simultaneously (Keep pressed both keys).
3. Now press the Power button to switch on your Samsung Duos / Galaxy Y mobile phone.
4. When Samsung Duos / Galaxy Y mobile phone switching on, leave the Home button and power button but still holding a volume up key.
5. Now, you will get a pop-up screen like you might have already seen in MS-Dos.
6. Now leave the Volume Up key.
7. Now, you will get the option “wipe data/factory reset” to restore your Samsung Duos / Galaxy Y mobile phone to its original settings.
8. Now access the “wipe data/factory reset” option using Volume Up and Down key.
