Intex has launched a new smartphone running on Lollipop, dubbed as Aqua Star L. It is the first smartphone from Indian handset maker, that runs Lollipop. It is priced at only Rs. 6,990.

5) FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) IPS Full laminated touchscreen display with 1GB of RAM. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad Core processor and coupled with MediaTek’s MT 6582M chipset. The handset supports dual-SIM (WCDMA+GSM) with dual standby functionality.
The Aqua Star L measures 141 x 72.9 x 8 mm, weighs 130 gms, comes in black and white variant. The 8GB internal storage is also further expandable with up to 32GB of microSD card. It houses an 8-megapixel Auto-focus rear shooter with flash, features HDR, face beauty, panorma, live photo mode and continous shot. It also comes with 2MP front camera for video chatting and selfie.
The 2000mAH Li-ion battery of Intex Aqua Star L is rated for up to 5 hrs of talk-time and up to 220 hrs of standby. Apart from 3G HSPA, connectivity options include micro-USB 5 Pin, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, tethering, portable hotstop and GPS. It also supports gravity, proximity and light sensors. World cup Cricket is pre-installed app in the phone.
