ZTE Star 1 Launched in China with a price 1399 Chinese Yuan

ZTE has launched a new smartphone in China, dubbed Star 1. It is priced at 1399 Chinese Yuan in its homeland.

The ZTE Star 1 comes in pink, black, and white variant colors with 4G LTE support. It sports a 5-inch IPS OGS FHD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels of resolution, 443 PPI pixels of density, and a 178-degree wide viewing angle.

The Star 1 is powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 (MSM8928) processor and Arm Adreno 305 GPU that runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out of the box. It has 2GB of RAM and is also equipped with 16 GB of internal storage that supports up to 64 GB MicroSD card.

The ZTE Star 1 houses an 8-megapixel rear shooter with dual-LED flash and also boasts a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies. It is backed by a 2300 mAh Li-pol battery rated for up to 20 hrs of talk-time and up to 460 hrs of standby time.

In terms of connectivity options, Star 1 includes FM Radio, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth V4.0, micro-USB v2.0, OTG, mobile hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, and 3.5mm audio jack. The handset measures 139 x 69 x 6.6 mm with an ultra-narrow bezel of 1.18. Its weight is 130 gms.
