Walton has unveiled a new smartphone, dubbed Primo D5. It is listed on Bangladesh’s company website as “Coming Soon,” but no word about pricing yet.
The Walton Primo D5 will be available in black and white variant color options. This phone’s main highlight is it supports dual SIM with dual standby functionality, and the slot supports 3G HSPA. It sports a 4-inch TFT display with WVGA 800×480 pixels of resolution.
The Primo D5 boasted a 1GHz dual-core processor and ARM Mali-400 GPU, alongside 512 MB of RAM. It runs Android 4.4.2 Kitkat OS and is equipped with 4GB of internal storage, further expandable with up to 32 GB of MicroSD cards.
Walton Primo D5 houses a 2-megapixel rear shooter with flash and packs a VGA front camera on-board for video calling. A 1400 mAh Li-ion battery powers it. The connectivity options include FM Radio, WiFi, WLAN, Bluetooth V4.0, micro-USB v2.0, mobile hotspot, GPS, and A-GPS.
The handset has additional features like OTA update and LED notification. It measures 125 x 63.9 x 9.9 mm, and its weight is 121 gms. It supports accelerometer, proximity, and ambient light sensors too.
