T-Mobile Hungary has launched E3372h as well as E3372s dongle. Both can be easily unlocked. For E3372s, just change the SIM with another carrier, and it will ask you for unlock code. Enter the correct 8 digit unlock code and enjoy with any network provider SIM.
Unlocking of E3372h is slightly different as it comes with the V4 Algo code. You have to generate NV hash code, then unlocking is possible.

You can see here, E3372h T-Mobile Hungary locked device has firmware version 21.180.09.00.55. But the good news is that it has un-customized firmware, and there is no need to flashing the device. Another notable thing is that its dashboard version is UTPS22.001.19.09.55_MAC22.001.19.09.55, which means it is not a hilink data-card.
How to Unlock E3372h Modem of T-Mobile Hungary with firmware 21.180.09.00.55?
- Plug the device into the PC with a USB cable.
2. Let it install all the drivers and software, which is required to run it.
3. Now disconnect the internet and close the dashboard of the Huawei E3372h modem.
5. Detect your device under it.
