Starmobile is reducing the prices for all its flagship phablets. After a PHP 1000 discount, now Diamond D3 is available in the Philippines for only PHP 6,990 (Roughly Rs 9700 or 160 US$).
According to the official website, the Starmobile Diamond D3 running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS, which is powered by MediaTek MT6582 1.3 GHz Quad-Core processor with 1GB of RAM, combined with ARM Mali-400 GPU.
Diamond D3 sports a 5-inch qHD IPS Capacitive Screen with Asahi Scratch Resistant Glass. A Dual SIM with a Dual 3G standby phablet packs 4GB of internal storage, further expandable with an external memory card (up to 32 GB).
The smartphone houses a 12 MP AF rear camera and an 8MP AF front-facing camera; both are built with BSI technology and flash. It features a 3.5G HSPA+ network and can download a file with up to 21.1 Mbps or an upload speed limit is 5.76 Mbps.
3G, Bluetooth, Mobile Hotspot Tethering, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Accelerometer sensor, GPS, MicroUSB, and 3.5mm audio jack are the main connectivity options in the Starmobile Diamond D3 phone. It holds a 2,000 mAh battery.
Measuring 146.4 mm x 73.4 mm x 10 mm, the cellphone weighs 176 gms. The handset is available in black color.
