Motorola has announced the Moto Maxx, the Droid Turbo‘s international version launched through Verizon Wireless of USA. In terms of specifications, the phone is identical to the DROID Turbo and comes with a 5.2″ qHD display and a 21 MP camera with a 4K video recording.
The Motorola Moto Maxx sports a 5.2-inches (1440×2560 pixels and 565 PPI) AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and runs Android 4.4.4 (KitKat) OS out of the box. It is powered by a 2.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 (APQ8084) processor with 3GB of RAM and 600 MHz Adreno 420 GPU. It comes with 64 GB of internal storage.
The Moto Maxx houses a 21-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and 4K video recording, while there is also a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. It packs a 3900mAh battery with up to 48 of battery life for mixed uses. The Motorola’s Turbo Charger offers eight hours of power in a quick 15 minutes of charge.
The smartphone is Water Resistant, and it is 8.3 – 11.2 mm thick (curve). It weighs 176 grams. In terms of connectivity options, the Motorola Moto Maxx include; 4G LTE / 3G, WiFi 802.11a/g/b/n/ac (dual band), Bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS, GLONASS and NFC.

The Motorola Moto Maxx will be available in Black Ballistic Nylon version and is priced at 2199 Brazilian Real ( US $ 875 / Rs 53700) in Brazil. It would be available starting November 8, 2014, in Brazil and available in Mexico from mid-November. The company has announced that it would launch the smartphone in Latin American countries soon.
