Lenovo launches Yoga Tablet 2 Pro with a 13-inch screen and a built-in Pico projector. The company has not revealed the pricing and its global availability details yet.
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 Pro sports a 13.3-inches IPS touchscreen display that touts a UHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The firm has added 8-watt speakers and a JBL subwoofer for powerful audio performance. It comes with a built-in Pico projector. The DLP chip pumps out 40-50 Lumens with a native WGA resolution (854 x 480 pixels), which Lenovo claims are good for a 50-inch projected image. While far from HD, the projected videos in our demo looked good with the lights off, and the tablet’s speakers were impressive, even though they predictably lacked the oomph of a proper set.
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 Pro is powered by a 1.86GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3745 processor with 2GB of RAM in terms of further specs. It houses an 8-megapixel f2.2 rear camera and also boasts a 1.6-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The handset runs Android 4.4 KitKat. In terms of connectivity options, it includes; WiFi, Bluetooth, and LTE (optional).
