iBall has revealed a new voice-calling tablet in India, the Slide 3G 6095-D20. It has MRP Rs 7999 but available in the market as the best buy at Rs 7,299.
The new slate, iBall Slide 3G 6095-D20, is equipped with dual-SIM (WCDMA+WCDMA) and features dual standby functionality with a voice calling facility. It is running on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS out-of-the-box over a 6.95-inch HD touchscreen display. The handset is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor and coupled with 1GB of RAM.
Commenting on the launch, Sandeep Parasrampuria, Director of iBall, says, “Our terrific performance series is designed to meet the needs of today’s young active users who are always on-the-go and have dynamic requirements to the upbeat lifestyle. D20, with its narrow frame and excellent slim design, will be very useful for those who wish to use this Tablet for the dual purpose of the tablet as well as a phone.”
The Slide 3G 6095-D20 houses a 2-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash, while there is also a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera onboard for video calling through Skype. It includes 8GB of inbuilt storage, further expandable via MicroSD card (up to 32 GB).
Connectivity options on the iBall Slide 3G 6095-D20 include 3G, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, 3.5mm audio jack, and 3G. It also supports Proximity, Accelerometer, and Ambient light sensors. There is no word about its battery capacity.
