The world’s slimmest smartphone Vivo X5 Max has a new variant model, dubbed as Vivo X5 Max Platinum Edition. It will soon be launched in China; however, there are no official pricing details available until now.
The Vivo X5 Max Platinum Edition comes in a classy gold and white color on the back. You will miss its 4.75 mm thin body because the Vivo X5 Max Platinum Edition has gained weight because of its massive 4150mAh battery, and now it now 7.2 mm in thickness.
In terms of specs, the Vivo X5 Max Platinum Edition is powered by a 1.7 GHz 64-bit Octa-Core MediaTek MT6572 processor and coupled with 2GB of RAM. It features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display with 1920 x 1080 pixels of resolution. The built-in 16 GB storage is further expandable via up to 128 GB of MicroSD cards.
The X5 Max Platinum Edition smartphone houses a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED Flash and boasts a 5 MegaPixel front-facing snapper f/2.4 aperture for selfies/video calling. The phone includes 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro-USB, Mobile hotspot, GPS / A-GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack in terms of connectivity options. It also has Dual SIM (Nano-SIM + Micro-SIM) support.
