Sony has officially announced Xperia Z3+ and Xperia Z3+ Dual. It comes in White, Black, Copper and Aqua Green colors. It will roll out globally from June 2015. Unfortunately, there are no details about the price yet.
The Sony Xperia Z3+ is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and coupled with 3GB of RAM. It features a 5.2-inch Full HD TRILUMINOS touchscreen display with 1920×1080 pixels of resolution. The built-in 32 GB storage is further expandable via up to 128 GB memory card. It has Sony’s Omni Balance design with a glass back and aluminum frame.
The Sony Xperia Z3+ smartphone houses a 20.7-megapixel rear camera with a 1/2.3″ Sony Exmor RS image sensor, BIONZ image processing engine, and 4K video recording support. It also has a 5.1-megapixel (1080p) front-facing snapper for selfies/video calling.
The Xperia Z3+ comes with IPX5 / IPX8 ratings for dust and water resistance. It also has Sony’s new LDAC audio compression codec that promises high-quality wireless music playback and a high-quality music experience. Regarding connectivity options, the phone includes 4G LTE/ 3G HSPA+, FM Radio, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, micro-USB, Mobile hotspot, GPS / A-GPS, GLONASS, MHL 3.0, NFC, and 3.5mm audio jack.
