Samsung has unveiled a new smartphone, dubbed as Galaxy A5 Dual SIM. It is listed on the company website of China without the price tag and its availability details.
The Samsung Galaxy A5 Duos comes with dual nano-SIM support and features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) Super AMOLED touchscreen display. The phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and coupled with 2GB of RAM. It has 16 GB internal memory, which is expandable up to 64 GB with MicroSD.
The Galaxy A5 Dual SIM runs Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS under the dimensions of 139.3 x 69.7 x 6.7mm and weighs 123 grams. It houses a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and supports 1080p video recording, while there is a 5MP front-facing camera is also onboard for selfies and video calling.
In terms of connectivity options, the Galaxy A5 Duos include 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS/ GLONASS, NFC (LTE version only), and 3.5 mm audio jack. The phone features TD-LTE and FDD-LTE network to work with China Mobile and China Unicom, while it also supports 3G TD-SCDMA. A 2300mAh battery backs the handset.
