Onida has unveiled i501 for India, which goes on sale in the country with Rs 5,185 through snapdeal.
The Onida i501 smartphone sports a 5-inch IPS display with 480 x 854 pixels of resolution and Black in color. It is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out of the box.
The i501 is equipped with dual-SIM (WCDMA+GSM) and features dual standby functionality, has 512 MB of RAM. It boasts a 4GB of internal storage that is further expandable with up to 32 GB of MicroSD cards. The phone houses a 5-megapixel rear shooter with LED flash and also boasts a 2MP front camera.
The Onia i501 is backed by a 1900mAh Li-ion battery rated for up to 6 hrs of talk-time and up to 180 hrs of standby. The connectivity options include FM Radio, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro USB v2.0, mobile hotspot, and 3.5mm audio jack. Its weight is 150 gms.
