Lenovo has officially announced the Vibe Z2 Pro – a flagship smartphone. It will be available in the market as well online from September 14; however, the company has not revealed the prices.
The Chinese electronics hulk announced this good news on its Google+ page and a Facebook page. The company says, “From rumors to reality! Max performance, pro camera–we just unveiled this beast of a phone.”
The Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro sports a 6-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen Quad-HD (1440×2560 pixel) display with 16M colors and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS out of the box, while Vibe UI 2.0 on top.
Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro is a Dual SIM phablet, and it is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon (MSM8974AC) 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz, and clubbed with 3GB of RAM, alongside Adreno 330 GPU.
The new Lenovo handset houses a 16-megapixel rear camera and also firms a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies. The Vibe Z2 Pro’s rear camera comes with OIS (optical image stabilization), 4K video recording functionality, and dual-LED flash. It comes with 32GB of inbuilt storage; however, it does not boast a memory card slot but supports NFC.
The Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro smartphone comes with a large 4000mAh powerful battery, with no word of talk time and standby time. It will be available in Black, Gold, and Titanium color variants.
It is a 4G LTE device and can download a file with up to 150 Mbps, or an upload limit is 50 Mbps. Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and micro USB 2.0 are main connectivity options included. It has Accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass sensors.
