Lenovo has unveiled features and specifications of the upcoming tablet, ThinkPad 10. ThinkPad 10 is a versatile Windows tablet that can be used at work or home, delivering a Laptop, Desktop, Tablet, or Stand mode. It can be used with the ThinkPad Tablet Dock or Ultrabook Keyboard for full PC capability. It is basically a 4G LTE Tablet, featured with an Intel Quad-Core processor, Windows 8.1, and HD Graphics four times faster than previous generations; the tablet is ready for business.
ThinkPad 10 sports Full HD (1920×1200) with vibrant 10.1″ wide-view In-Plane Switching (IPS) display of vivid colors and nearly 180-degree viewing angles. It boasts 2MP front-facing webcam for crystal-clear video conferencing, supported by dual digital array microphones with noise cancellation and VoIP optimization alongside an 8MP rear-facing camera auto-focus and -flash and video recording.
With 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Miracast support, or 3G/4G SIM, you’ll be able to connect to the internet wherever you go.
The optional ThinkPad Digitizer Pen performs capacitive touchscreen functions — swipe, drag, open, click — with precise control, includes a right-click button, the tablet can convert your handwriting into digital text.
The Mini HDMI-out port allows easy connection to an HD television or other monitor.
Once fully charged, you can enjoy Lenovo ThinkPad 10 Tablet for up to 10 hours. Different models are going to launch soon with a starting weight of 1.3 lbs (598 g).
