Today, Indian manufacture Intex has launched an Octa-Core smartphone, the Aqua Amaze, with a price of Rs 10690 only.
According to the company listing, the Intex Aqua Amaze runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat, powered by a 1.4GHz Octa-Core processor and 1 GB of RAM. The phone features a 5-inches HD IPS OGS full lamination display with 16.7M color depth and 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It packs a 2000mAh battery rated for talk time of 7 to 8 hrs and standby time up to 240 hrs.
The Aqua Amaze houses a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus and sports a 5 MP front camera for selfies and video chatting. Further, the camera features Panorama Shot, face beauty, live photo mode, gesture capture, HDR, voice capture, and face detection. It supports Dual SIM (WCDMA + GSM) with dual-standby functionality. It measures 145.5 x 70 x 7.6 mm, but no official word about its weight.
The Intex Aqua Amaze is equipped with 8GB of internal storage, out of which approx 5GB are free for user’s usage, and also upgradeable up to 32 GB via an external MicroSD card.
The device includes; Tethering, Hotspot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, micro-USB, 3G, GPS, A-GPS, FM radio, and 3.5 mm in terms of connectivity options ear-jack. It comes with Gravity, Proximity, and Light sensors. It has preloaded games Empire defense and modern combat 4. With additional features like Auto Call Record, FM recording, LED flash, FM Radio and music, Clear motion and smart gesture, the Aqua Amaze has pre-loaded apps like Intex Play, Intex zone, Opera mini, Zapak, OLX, WeChat launcher, Intex care, Saavn, Newshunt, Flipkart, Clean Master, and Getit.
