Intex mobile is offering a low budget KitKat-based smartphone Aqua 3X in India with a price Rs. 5,499.
Apart from 3G connectivity, the Intex Aqua 3X features a 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) touchscreen display, but powered by a 1Ghz dual core processor only, that is not enough good. It has Mali-400 GPU and 512 MB of RAM, that runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS. The phone supports Dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM) slot with dual standby functionality.
The 4GB internal storage of Aqua 3X is expandable with up to 32GB of memory card. The handset houses an 8-megapixel rear camera for nice videos and also sports a 2-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chatting. The primary camera features AutoFocus and LED Flash.
The Intex Aqua 3X packs a 1800mAH Li-ion battery, that is according to the company rated for 6 hrs of talk-time and up to 250 hrs of standby time. Connectivity options include FM Radio, WiFi, Bluetooth V3.0, micro-USB, hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, FOTA and 3G. It measures 147 x 73 x9.6 mm and weight is only 119 gms.
