Intex has launched a new smartphone, dubbed Aqua Life. It is priced at Rs 5,777 on the company website of India.
The Intex Aqua Life runs on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) OS and is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-Core processor, coupled with MediaTek’s MT6582V/X chipset. The smartphone comes with 51 2MB of RAM, and the 4GB internal storage is further expandable with up to 32 GB of MicroSD cards.
The Aqua Life supports dual-SIM (WCDMA+GSM) with dual standby functionality. It comes in Black, White, and Blue white variant colors. It measures 134 x 68.2 x 9.9 mm, but no word about its weight. The Intex Aqua Life features a 5-inch FWVGA display with 480 x 854 pixels of resolution.
The 4GB built-in storage of Intex Aqua Life is further expandable with up to 32 GB of MicroSD cards. The phone houses an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear snapper with flash and packs a 2-megapixel FF front-facing camera for selfies/video calling. It supports gravity, proximity, and light sensors.
The Intex Aqua Life is fueled by a 2000 mAh Li-ion battery, which is, according to the firm, rated for 5 hours (3G) / 7hours (2G) talk-time and 300 hrs of standby. In terms of connectivity specs, the handset includes FOTA, 3G HSPA, micro-USB, Bluetooth, WiFi, FM Radio, USB tethering, portable hotspot, and GPS/ AGPS.
