Intex has launched another smartphone in India, dubbed Aqua A1. It is listed on the company website and priced at Rs 4,030.
The Intex Aqua A1 comes in black and white variant colors, sporting a 4-inch WVGA (800 * 480 pixels) touch screen. It is powered by MediaTek’s MT6572 chipset and coupled with a 1GHz Dual-core processor.
The smartphone runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS with the help of 512MB of RAM. It supports dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM) with dual standby functionality, is equipped with 4GB of internal storage that is further expandable with up to 32GB microSD card.
Housing a 5-megapixel rear snapper with flash, the Intex Aqua A1 also boasts a VGA front-facing camera for video calling. It is fueled by a 1400 mAh Li-ion battery rated for up to 4-5 hrs of talk-time and up to 180 hrs of standby.
The Aqua A1 includes FM Radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, micro-USB V2.0, mobile hotspot, USB tethering in terms of connectivity options GPS, and A-GPS. The phone measures 125 x 53.6 x 10.3 mm, and its weight is 106.5 gms.
