Soon after Huawei Honor 4C, Huawei has launched Huawei G Play Mini in Italy with a price of €229 (the US $254 / 16,300 INR). The firm has recently released Ascend P8lite, listed on an online retailer website with a suggested retail price of EUR 249 (roughly Rs. 15,800) price tag and a mid-May availability.
Interestingly, the Huawei G Play Mini comes with the same specifications as seen in the Honor 4C but has a slightly different design. It supports dual-SIM (WCDMA+GSM) and features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels resolution) IPS display.
The Huawei G Play Mini is powered by a 1.2GHz octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 620 processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat with EM UI 3.0 skin on top. It houses a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a 5-megapixel front camera.
The Huawei G Play Mini smartphone is equipped with 8GB of inbuilt storage that can be further expandable via a MicroSD card. A 2550mAh battery backs it. The connectivity options include Wi-Fi b / g / n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, and USB 2.0 with OTG support.
