Eddy – Intel Series G70 Kids Learning Tablet is available in India via Amazon in white variant color at Rs 8499.
The new Eddy G70 sports a 7-inch IPS (1024 x 600 pixels) multi-touch capacitative display and running on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS with the company Athena OS on top. A dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 processor powers it with 1GB of RAM.
The Eddy G70 comes with 16 GB of internal storage, further expandable with up to 32 GB of MicroSD. It houses a 2-megapixel rear camera and also boasts a 2MP front-facing camera for selfies. A 2800 mAh battery backs it.
In terms of connectivity options, the Eddy G70 includes; 3.5mm audio jack, Built-in Mic, 3G (via external data card), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, mini HDMI out, USB OTG, and Bluetooth.
