Alcatel has planned to launch all its handsets in India. One-Touch Idol Mini is also official in India; however, it has not revealed the price yet. But, it can be yours for Rs 9000 only via Flipkart.
According to the online listing, Alcatel Onetouch Idol Mini model 6012D is available, which runs on Android v4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. It is a Dual Sim (GSM + GSM / Dual Standby) handset, sports a 4.3 Inches FWVGA (480 x 854 Pixels) capacitive touchscreen display with 16M color depth. Oleophobic Coating, Black Crystal Touch Panel, IPS, Full Lamination, and Multi-touch 5 Points are additional features of the display.
One-Touch Idol Mini comes with Document Viewer, Adobe Reader, Evernote, and Office Suite. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz MT6572 Dual Core processor with 512 MB of RAM. It houses 5MP rear camera with LED flash (720 x 1280, 30 fps), and also a VGA (0.3 MP) frontal camera is available for video calling. Primary snapper features Auto Focus, Face Detection, Touch Focus, Panorama, HDR, and Burst Mode.
Alcatel One Touch Idol Mini measures 62×127.1×7.9 mm, while weighs is only 96 gms. It is packed with a 1700 mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 9 hrs talk-time or 450 hrs standby time on a 3G network. It has 8GB of internal storage, which is expandable (up to 32 GB).
21 Mbps HSDPA, 5.76 Mbps HSUPA, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, micro USB v2, Tethering USB, WiFi Hotspot, FOTA, WiFi-direct, A-GPS with Google Maps, Bluetooth v4 with Profiles (A2DP), FM radio, and Audio Jack 3.5 mm are main connectivity options included.
Idol Mini has Proximity Sensor, G-Sensor, e-Compass, and Light Sensor. It has preinstalled apps like WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, One Touch Widgets, One Touch Apps, Gameloft Live, Basic Google Apps, Barcode Scanner, Deezer, and WeChat.
