All new phones from MetroPCS USA have “Unlock App” installed. This means you will not find any place to enter the unlock code. To unlock these new MetroPCS USA phone, you need to use this service. Before ordering from this service, check that your device is eligible for unlocking or not.
How to check if your MetroPCS device can be unlocked by this service or not?
1. Install MetroPCS APP from Google Play store.
2. Open the app.
3. Press Permanent unlock.
4. A message should appear “Unlock Failed: This mobile device is not eligible for unlock. For device Unlock eligibility details, please go online or contact Customer Care.”
Except for the above message, if any other message you get, then your phone cannot be unlocked by this service.
There will be no refund if your phone appears different message or already unlocked.
