Xolo is set to launch a new smartphone in India, the Xolo Q2100. The main highlight of the phone is it has a built-in fingerprint scanner at the rear.
According to the NDTV news, the Xolo Q2100 will be capable of functioning as a universal remote, indicating the presence of an IR port.
The Xolo Q2100 is powered by an 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 chipset alongside 1GB RAM. It comes with 8GB internal storage and further expandable with up to 32GB of microSD card.
The Q2100 supports dual-SIM (Dual Standby) and sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It houses an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with Exmor R sensor and also a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling and selfie.
The Xolo Q2100 is running on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS out of the box and backed by a 2800mAh battery. It is expected to be launched in India within this week.
