Xiaomi Mi 4 (XM2626GD), the successor of Xiaomi Mi 3, is listed online at xiaomi world with a price $599.99 (According to Indian Currency Apprx Rs 36000).However, the Xiaomi Mi 4 is scheduled to be launched on 22 Jul 14. The online retailer’s listing says that “Xiaomi Mi4 this flagsip product will be available in countries such as the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Brazil, Vietnam, Turkey, Thailand, and India.” However, the product is currently listed as ‘out of stock’.
According to the online listing, the Xiaomi Mi 4 budget smartphone features 4G FDD-LTE, will be available in Multi-Color-Option, runs on MIUI V5 based on Android KitKat 4.4 OS out-of-the-box. It supports GSM, WCDMA (HSUPA, HSDPA), FDD-LTE network with GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz, WCDMA 850/900/1900/2100MHz and LTE 1800/2100/2600MHz operating frequency bands.
The Xiaomi Mi 4 sports a 5.5 inch touch screen display with 2K Quad HD (2560×1440 pixels), features 538 PPI of density. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with 2.5GHz Quad-core CPU, and coupled with 3GB of RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi 4 is built with 32 GB of internal storage which is up-gradable via an external microSD card. It houses a 16 MegaPixels of rear primary camera, and also houses 5 MP frontal camera on-board for video calling and selfie.
The smartphone is embedded with rechargeable 3200 mAh Li-Po battery, but no word about dimension and weight.
