Wickedleak has launched a new slate in India, called Wammy Desire 3, with a tag price of Rs 5990. It is an upgraded version of the company Wammy Desire tablet, which was launched with a tag price of Rs 6499.
The handset comes with a dual-SIM card (WCDMA+GSM) facility in White color and features a voice calling facility. The Wickedleak Wammy Desire 3 runs on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS and has also accelerometer and light sensors.
The tab is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core processor with Mali 400 GPU and coupled with 1GB of RAM. Wammy Desire 3 comes with 8GB of internal storage and can be upgraded with up to 32 GB of external MicroSD cards. It sports a 7 inch LCD (1024x600pixels) IPS Capacitive touchscreen display.
The Wickedleak Wammy Desire 3 houses the 2-megapixel rear camera and also boasts a VGA front-facing camera for video calling. Under the hood, 3000 mAh Lithium-Ion battery is fixed, which is rated for 5 to 6 hrs talk-time and one week of standby time.
In terms of connectivity options, it includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3G, 42 Mbps HSDPA, 21 Mbps HSUPA, FM Radio, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, 3.5 mm Headphone Jack, and micro-USB. It measures 193.7 x 122.4 x 10.5 mm, but no word about weight.
