Walton is planning to launch a new smartphone in Bangladesh, the Primo G5. It is listed on the company’s official website without a tag price.
The Walton Primo G5 is running on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS. It features 3G HSPA+, Dual-SIM, and dual standby functionality. A 1.3GHz dual-core processor powers the handset with a Mali-400 GPU and 1GB of RAM. It houses 4Gb of internal storage, further expandable with up to 32 GB of external MicroSD card.
The Primo G5 5-inch IPS FWVGA (854×480 pixels) Full capacitive touchscreen display with 16.7M colors. It boasts a 5-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus, and smart Dual Color LED flash. The device also features a VGA front-facing camera for video calling. A 2200mAh Li-poly battery backs it.
In terms of connectivity options, the Walton Primo G5 includes; WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0, OTG, WLAN Hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, and 3.5mm audio jack. It has Accelerometer (3D), Light (Brightness), and Proximity sensors. The G5 measures 141×72.5×8.5mm and weighs 164 gm with a battery.
