Vivo has unveiled a new smartphone for India, the Y28. It can be purchased in the country for Rs 12,980.
The Vivo Y28 sports a 4.7 inch IPS display with 960*540 pixels of resolution and is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-core processor. It runs Funtouch OS, which is based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. It supports dual- SIM (WCDMA+GSM) with dual standby functionality.
The Y28 is equipped with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, supported by up to 32GB of microSD cards. It houses an 8-megapixel rear shooter and also boasts a 5-megapixel front camera. A 2100mAh Li-Po battery backs it.
Y28 includes FM Radio, WiFi, Bluetooth V4.0, micro USB v2.0, mobile hotspot, GPS, and A-GPS in terms of connectivity options. It measures 137.37×68.57×9.78mm, and its weight is 156 gms.
In Rs 12,980, the handset is not recommended according to the specs.
