HTC has released a firmware update for his flagship smartphone HTC One (M8). The handset was released with Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS and now same can be upgraded with Android 4.4.3 KitKat. After updating the device with new firmware (software), your device will start supporting 4G LTE of Indian network. The firmware update is available via OTA (over the air).

Update HTC One (M8) with Android 4.4.3If till now, you have not been notified by HTC then you can manually check the firmware update via Settings > About Phone > Software update. New released software version is 2.10.720.1.

As you can see in the image, the update is around 659 MB in size. The update is not only brings 4G LTe as surprise,but it also includes Android 4.4.3, OpenSSL security improvements (from Android 4.4.4) and optimizations for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular networks as well.

Moreover this update will enhance the experience of inbuilt Gallery, Camera, Settings, Sync Manager, Sense UI and more.
