How to unlock Uganda MTN Huawei E303s-2 Hi-Link Modem?
1. Download the Uganda MTN Huawei E303s-2 Hi-Link dongle unlocking software from the link provided at the end of the post.
2. Now disconnect the internet and change the default sim with another network provider sim (another than MTN network SIM in Uganda MTN locked Huawei E303s-2 Hi-Link).
3. Now, connect the modem to a PC or laptop.
