Recently I had written an article about unlocking of Saudi Arabian E5172As-22 WiFi router. Like other Huawei FMC routers, as I had mentioned in the unlocking of B683 Orange Uganda, Nova Huawei E5172 (E5172s-22) Iceland CPE LTE WiFi router can also be unlocked. Other routers come with USB ports like Huawei E5331, E5332, E5776s, E5830, E585U-82, E585, E586, and E587 can be unlocked easily. But, to Unlock Nova E5172 (E5172s-22) Iceland LTE CPE Huawei WiFi router, Huawei modem code writer, or cardlock unlock tool software will not work.
How to Unlock Nova Huawei E5172 (E5172s-22) Iceland CPE LTE WiFi Router?
1. Switch off the Nova E5172s-22 router.
2. Change the default SIM card with any another network provider.
3. Connect to PC with LAN cable.
4. Browse its default IP address.
5. Log in to the device with admin/admin.
6. Go to Settings and search option for SIMlock / NCK / unlock.
7. Enter the 8-digit code here.
8. Click Apply.
9. Once the device accepts the code, it is unlocked to use with any network provider SIM card.
10. Create a new profile according to the SIM card and connect to the internet.
Note: Don’t use any wrong or free code into Nova Huawei E5172 (E5172s-22) Iceland CPE LTE WiFi router; otherwise, it will be locked permanently.
