How to unlock Huawei E960 3G HSDPA/HSUPA Wireless WiFi Router?
1. Make sure your Huawei E960 3G HSDPA/HSUPA Wireless WiFi Router is fully charged.
2. Insert an unacceptable network SIM on your Huawei E960 3G HSDPA/HSUPA Wireless WiFi Router SIM card into the device (You have to use another network provider SIM, which is currently locked in).
3. After changing the other network providers’ SIM on your Huawei WiFi / MiFi, switch on the device. It will display “Invalid SIM” because you have used other network providers SIM.
4. Now, just establish a WiFi connection to Huawei E960 3G HSDPA/HSUPA Wireless WiFi Router with your PC / IPAD / IPHONE / Android Device.
5. Connect your Huawei E960 3G HSDPA/HSUPA Wireless WiFi Router with PC and go to 192.168.1.1, and log in to your device’s dashboard. Go to Advanced Settings – SIM Settings – Unlock Device – Enter Unlock Code – Click on Apply.

Update: If the above-mentioned procedure does not work, use Cardlock Unlock Tool / Huawei modem code writer tool to write the unlock code into E960 (Three) 3 Network Huawei Mobile WiFi MiFi Gateway.
