If you are an owner of a Huawei 3G USB E1550 modem and want to unlock it free, this post will help you. E1550 dongle can be unlocked with an unlock code, which means no firmware change is involved. We generally provided the unlocking solution for Huawei, ZTE, Alcatel, Vodafone, MTN, Micromax, Airtel, Aircel, Idea, Reliance, and Tata Docomo. For the unlocking of the Huawei E1550 data card, you need to download one software, which is provided at the end of the article. How to unlock Huawei 3G USB E1550 Modem totally free?
1. Connect the model to the PC and install the dongle software to run it properly.
2. Now, eject the modem from your computer/laptop.
3. Note down the IMEI, which is written on the reverse side of the Huawei dongle.
4. Run the downloaded software and go to the Huawei tab.
5. Put your IMEI number in the IMEI box, which is highlighted in the above screenshot.
6. Now click on the Calculate button.
7. Now, the software will calculate the Unlock code and flash code.
8. Note down the Unlock code only.
9. Change the default SIM card with another network provider.
10. Again, plug your E1550 modem into your computer/laptop.
11. Now, let the run dashboard.
