Tecmobile of UK has listed a new rugged smartphone on the company website, the Titan Genesis.
The Titan Genesis is waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof, perfect for outdoors and rugged conditions. It is IP67 certified and has a dedicated Push To Talk button.
The Tecmobile Titan Genesis features 4G LTE connectivity and comes with a single SIM slot. The phone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS and sports a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 px) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. A 1.2GHz quad-core processor powers it with 1GB of RAM.
The Titan Genesis is fueled by a 3,000mAh battery that is rated for 15 hrs of talk-time. The device houses an 8-megapixel rear snapper with flash and also packs a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. It is equipped with 8GB of internal storage, but no word about the MicroSD card slot.
In terms of connectivity options, the Titan Genesis includes WiFi, Bluetooth, and NFC.
