Swipe has launched a new smartphone, dubbed as Konnect ME. It features a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480 X 854 pixels resolution) IPS touchscreen display and is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core MediaTek’s processor, that runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. It houses a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash and also a 1.3-megapixel front-facing shooter for selfies.

Swipe Konnect MeThe dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM) Swipe Konnect Me features dynamic locking that enables password change every 60 seconds, while pre-installed SuperSocial application lets you send your family real-time updates about your location and it can auto-manage the phone’s memory for better and longer usability.

The Swipe Konnect Me comes with 1GB of RAM and the built-in 8GB storage is further expandable with up to 32GB of microSD card. It measures 134.6 x 66.7 x 10.6 mm and weight 91.9 gms. In terms of connectivity options, the handset include 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio.

The Konnect Me is also backed by a big 2,450 mAh battery. It comes in Navy Blue and Ivory White colors and is priced at just Rs. 3,999, which is too good according to the specs. It will be available exclusively through Snapdeal starting from April 28th.
