Swipe Telecom has launched two new budget Android smartphones in India, Swipe Konnect 4 and Swipe Konnect 4E. The phones are available with a tag price Rs. 4,490 and Rs. 3,750 respectively, with a leather case and screen cover.

The Swipe Konnect 4E is a dual sim (dual standby / GSM+GSM) smartphone, supports 2G connectivity. The device will be available in in Black, Blue, Red and White colour variants.

The Konnect 4E sports a 4-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display with 480×800 pixel of resolution, OGS touch and 16M colours.

The Konnect 4E runs on Google’s Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS out-of-the-box; features Java, but browser does not support flash.

The Konnect 4E is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor coupled with 256MB of RAM.

It has 512MB of inbuilt storage (ROM), that can be expanded via microSD card up to 32GB.

The Swipe Konnect 4E houses a 2-megapixel rear facing camera with flash, and a 0.3-megapixel VGA front-facing camera also on-board for video calling.

It is backed by a 1500mAh removable battery, however, no battery life has been provided by the manufacturer.

Measuring the Konnect 4E phone, dimension is 126x63x9.4mm, weight is 120gm.

Wi-Fi 802.11 b/ g/ n, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, Micro-USB, FM radio, and 3.5mm audio jack are main connectivity options options in this Swipse’s Konnect 4E cellphone.
