Starmobile has unveiled a new smartphone, dubbed Starmobile Up Max. It is priced at Php 7490 and will be available in stores nationwide beginning the second week of June 2015.
The Starmobile Up Max is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core (MediaTek MT6582 chipset) processor and coupled with 1 GB of RAM. It features a 5-inch HD IPS touchscreen display with 720 x 1280 pixels (267 PPI) of resolution. The built-in 16 GB storage is further expandable via up to 32GB of microSD card.
The Up Max smartphone houses a 13 Mega Pixel AF Sony Exmor RS IMX135 rear camera and boasts a 5-megapixel AF front-facing snapper for selfies/video calling. In terms of connectivity options, the phone includes 3G HSPA+, OTA, ISDB-T Digital TV, DVB, FM Radio, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro-USB, Mobile hotspot, GPS / A-GPS, and 3.5mm audio jack. It also has dual-SIM (WCDMA + GSM) with dual standby functionality.
