Spice has launched the successor of Stellar 526, dubbed as Spice Stellar 526n Octa. It will go on sale in India for Rs 7,999 through the e-commerce online website Saholic.
The Spice Stellar Mi-526n Octa is a dual-SIM (WCDMA+GSM) smartphone that runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS out-of-the-box. It features a big 5-inch (720×1280 pixels) HD IPS display and is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM and Mali GPU.
The Stellar 526n Octa comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage, further expandable via 32 GB of MicroSD card. It houses an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash, while there is also a secondary 3.2-megapixel front-facing camera on-board for selfies.
In terms of connectivity options, the Spice Stellar 526n Octa offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, WiFi hotspot, and Bluetooth. It is fueled by a 2,500mAh Li-ion battery, which is rated to deliver up to 280 hours of standby time. It is 8.3mm thick and will be available in White color.
