The Speed S550, an Android-based handset, has been launched in India and is available at Rs 10999 via the eCommerce online website snapdeal.
The new Speed S550 features 720×1280 Pixels resolutions for high clarity viewing with 5.5-inches QHD IPS touchscreen display. It supports Dual SIM with dual standby and running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. A 1.3GHz quad-core processor powers it with 1GB of RAM.
The Speed S550 houses a 5-megapixel rear camera and also boasts a 1.3 MP frontal shooter for selfies. In terms of connectivity options, the S550 includes; Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 2G, 3G, GPS, USB, 3.5mm ear-jack, and FM radio. The handset measures 16.7 x 9.7 x 5.9 cm and weighs 399 gms.
The phone comes with 4GB of internal storage, further expandable with up to 32 GB of memory cards. It is backed by a 1500mAh battery also.
