SKK Mobile is planning to launch the Platinum Advance in the Philippines with a Php 8999 through easyshop.
The new smartphone, SKK Platinum Advance, runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat OS and is powered by Mediatek MT6592 1.7 GHz Octa-Core Processor with Mali 450MP GPU. It comes with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which is further expandable with up to 64 GB of MicroSD cards.
The Platinum Advance boasts a 5.5-inches IPS qHD (960 x 540) Capacitive Display with 5-point multi-touch support. It houses a 13.0 Megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash and sports a 5MP frontal camera on-board for video calling and selfie.
In terms of connectivity options, the SKK Mobile Platinum Advance includes; FM Radio, Dual SIM (GSM+WCDMA), Dual standby, EDGE, 3G, HSDPA, HSPA+, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Tethering, Miracast/Wireless Display, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB, OTG and 3.5mm audio jack. It supports Light, Proximity, and 3-axis G-sensor. It is backed by a 2,800 mAh battery with no word about talk-time or standby time.
