Japanese carrier DoCoMo has announced a new Sharp tablet, dubbed as Sharp Aquos Pad SH-05G. The newcomer weighs 210 grams, and it will be put up for sale in mid-July.
The Sharp Aquos Pad SH-05G features a 7-inch energy-efficient IGZO display and a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution. The panels provide not only a good representation but also deficient energy consumption. It is powered by a Snapdragon 810 8-core processor that is clocked with 2 GHz and 1.5 GHz CPU. There is also an Adreno 430 GPU and thus enough power.
Sharp Aquos Pad SH-05G is further combined with Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and 2GB of RAM. There is also direct 32 GB internal memory. The Sharp Aquos Pad SH-05G frame is seemingly made of metal, and the back is made of glass or shiny plastic. It looks almost like a large Sony Xperia Z smartphone.
Aquos Pad SH-05 G’s frame around the display is extremely narrow at both sides and the top. It features an LTE module. The front camera has fitted just below the display. The back’s main camera has a resolution of 8 MP and is supported by an LED flash. It also packs a 3,900 mAh battery.
The slate is only 210 grams in weight and is 8 mm thick. The price of the Sharp Aquos Pad SH-05G is not yet known. It will come to Japan in July on the market.
