Samsung – the smartphone South Korean hulk has announced four budget smartphones; Galaxy Young 2, Galaxy Core II, Galaxy Star 2, and Galaxy Ace 4. As per the firm announcement, these models are designed to provide an “exceptional smartphone experience at an affordable price,” as these smartphones are equipped with Samsung’s simplified TouchWiz Essence interface and run on the latest Android 4.4 OS. However, price and global availability are not revealed by the company.
The Samsung Galaxy Young 2 sports a 3.5-inch multi-touch touchscreen display, alongside 320 x 480 pixels of resolution and 165 PPI pixel density.
The Galaxy Young 2 boasts a Single core processor, clocked at 1000 MHz of speed, and an unspecified graphics card, coupled with 512 MB of RAM.
The Galaxy Young 2 runs on Google Android 4.4 KitKat OS out-of-the-box; the cellphone will be available in White and Iris Charcoal variants of colors.
