Samsung Galaxy V with Android 4.4.2 KitKat in Philippines at ₱ 4,950

Earlier, the Samsung Galaxy V was launched in Malaysia at a price of RM299. Now, Lazda, an eCommerce online website, is also offering this smartphone for ₱ 4,950.

Samsung Galaxy V in PhilippinesAccording to the online listing, the Samsung Galaxy V runs on the latest operating system, Android OS, v4.4.2 (Kitkat), and is powered by a 1.2GHz processor with 512MB of RAM. It comes with 4GB of internal storage and can also be upgraded with an expansion slot (up to 32 GB).

The new Galaxy V sports a 4-inches capacitive touchscreen display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution and 16M color depth. It houses a 3-megapixels rear-facing camera (25048x 1536 pixels) with LED flash and also comes with a VGA front-facing camera for video calling and selfie.

In terms of connectivity options, it includes; Dual-SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS, and 3G. A 1500 mAh battery backs it.
