Samsung has launched Galaxy Tab A in Russia in two display variants: 8-inch and 9.7-inch, having 1024×768 pixels resolution.
Both tablets are powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processors and running on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) OS. It houses a 5-megapixel rear camera and also boasts a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. These are just 7.5 mm in thickness.
All variant of Samsung Galaxy Tab A is equipped with 16GB of internal storage and has an expansion slot (up to 128 GB). These will be available in WiFi and LTE variants. The 8-inch 4G LTE model is capable of voice calling.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A include connectivity options as 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+ (Optional), WiFi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and GLONASS.

The company has not revealed the pricing of Samsung Galaxy Tab A yet; however, it is expected to sell in Russia in April 2015.
