Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 Launched in Germany, Starts at 299 Euros

Samsung has already launched the Galaxy Tab A series of tablets in Russia; now, it has released Galaxy Tab A 9.7 in Germany.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 features a big 9.7-inch (1024×768 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor that runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) OS. The 4G LTE variant comes with voice calling and 2GB of RAM, while the WiFi variant has 1.5 GB RAM.

Other specifications are similar to each other. The Galaxy Tab A 9.7 houses a 5-megapixel rear camera and also boasts a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The 16 GB internal memory is further expandable using MicroSD (up to 128 GB). A 6000mAh battery also backs it.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 measures 166.8 x 242.5 x 7.5 mm and weighs 450 grams (Wi-Fi) / 453 grams (LTE). Connectivity options include dual speakers, 4G LTE Cat.4 / 3G HSPA+ (Optional), WiFi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS with GLONASS.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 WiFi is priced at 299 Euros (Roughly US $328 / Rs. 20,400), and the LTE variant costs 349 Euros (Roughly US $383 / Rs. 23,810). It comes in Black and White variant colors, scheduled to go on sale in Germany later this month.
